Responsibilities
The O&M Mechanical Officer will be responsible for the maintenance, reliability and performance of mechanical infrastructure and equipment within the power plant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing operation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Diagnosing mechanical failures.
- Conducting root-cause analysis.
- Implementing corrective actions.
- Developing preventive maintenance plans.
- Monitoring equipment performance.
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
The advertisement provides Bachelor’s and Advanced Diploma pathways in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Production Technology and related fields, with relevant experience in power plant, transmission or distribution operations.
