Provision of Property Valuation Services
Invitation To Tender No 006/T.USC/2023/USACCO
UMWALIMU SACCO (Savings and Credit Cooperative for Rwandan Teachers) hereby invites sealed competitive bids for the Provision of property valuation Services from eligible, experienced bidders with proven capabilities and registered in Rwanda.
Competent bidders can obtain tender Document in English containing the details along with the terms & conditions of the tender from Umwalimu SACCO Head office KIMIRONKO-GASABO-KIGALI; Street No: KG 205 ST on any working day with effect from 06/03/2023 upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW10,000) on account No.010-5008448-01-86 of UMWALIMU SACCO opened in I&M Bank.
This tender shall be on a framework contract whereby the financial proposals shall be unit price quotation for each property valuation service.

Well printed bids, properly bound, presented in three copies, one as the “ORIGINAL” and other two marked as “COPY” with a mention of the outer envelope “Provision of property valuation services” addressed to the Director General of Umwalimu SACCO, P.O BOX 2257 KIGALI Street nº KG 205ST and telephone: (+250)0252580426 / 0781469546, must reach UMWALIMU SACCO Secretariat in a sealed envelope not later than 27/03/2023 at 10:00 am Local time. Bids will be opened in the presence of all bidders or their representative who choose to attend, on the same date in Umwalimu SACCO Meeting room at 10:30am Local time. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender title. Late bids shall be rejected and returned unopened.
