RE: Request For Quotation For The Provision Of Cleaning Services To Wateraid.
WaterAid is an international development NGO whose vision is a world in which all people have access to safe water and effective sanitation. WaterAid’s aim, working through partner organizations, is to help poor and most marginalized people in developing countries achieve lasting and sustainable improvements to the quality of their lives by enhancements to domestic water supplies, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
WaterAid hereinafter called ‘’Client” has got funds from its budget towards the cost of provision of cleaning services. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this request for quotation is issued.
To support its activities WaterAid is currently requesting quotations from eligible suppliers (registered company with the following documents: RDB certificate, VAT certificate and RRA certificate) for the full supply of cleaning services, See attached Appendix.
Submission Procedure
All suppliers are requested to submit their quotations dully signed and under sealed envelopes to WaterAid Offices, located at Kimihurura, KG 622 ST, Plot 701, Rugando Opposite Lemigo Hotel, FAIRVIEW Building- 4th Floor or send the quotation to WaterAid at [email protected] not later than 22nd March 2023 at 3:00 p.m. The Site visits are scheduled on 21st March 2023 during working hours at our Offices.
