Request for Generator Maintenance Services Tender at Embassy of the United States of America
The Embassy of the United States of America invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the Generator Maintenance Services at the U.S. Embassy Kigali. The award will be given to the company responsible submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest evaluated price, based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although discussions may be conducted with companies in the competitive range if determined necessary.
A pre proposal meeting will be held at the U.S. Embassy Kigali on August 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Central Africa Time). Prospective offerors should contact [email protected] by August 25, 2026, to register for the site visit and arrange access to the U.S. Embassy.
Financial and Technical Proposals must be submitted in English and are due no later than August 31, 2026 at 4:30 p.m . (Central Africa Time). Late or incomplete proposals will not be considered. Attached is the Statement of work
