EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR POTENTIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS
AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is a non-profit organization based in the USA that has been operating for the past 35 years with a mission to provide cutting-edge medicine regardless of the ability to pay. AHF operates HIV prevention programs, healthcare clinics, pharmacies, and managed care plans for people living with HIV/AIDS and currently has operations in 45 countries with more than 1.6 million patients under its care throughout the world. AHF Rwanda operates in 11 districts where it supports 38 government health facilities and 1 local NGO in HIV prevention, testing, and HIV Care and Treatment Services in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health through Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC).
AHF Rwanda invites sealed bids from all eligible firms/persons for pre-qualification of service providers (including current suppliers and providers) for works, services, and supplies for the financial year 2023.
A. SUPPLIES
1. Medical Supplies, Laboratory reagents including but not limited to HIV test kits, reagents for hematology, clinical chemistry, parasitology, etc
2. Office Stationery all types, including Toner and Cartridge (for photocopiers, Printers)
3. Computers & Accessories/IT equipment, Office equipment (Photocopier, Binders, etc)
4. Electronic materials (Camera, telephone, Fridges, TV, and accessories)
5. Furniture and fitting for offices/clinics, Tents, plastic chairs, and tables
6. Tires and Tubes
7. Food and Nutrition supplies (Rice, Sugar, Beans, cooking oil, maize floor, etc.).
B. SERVICES
1. Consultancy services (leadership development and coaching, team-building facilitation, customer service training, etc.).
2. Research and consultancy services on different topics (Operational research, quality improvement, time management, etc.
3. Clearing and Forwarding services.
4. Asset tagging.
5. Repair, servicing, and maintenance of IT equipment
6. Designing, printing, and branding of LE.C materials and promotional items 7. Events Management Services, sound system
8. Photography/Videography
9. Decoration services, etc.
10. Construction, rehabilitation, and renovation services.
11. Publication in Newspaper, TV, and Radio services
12. Public relations services and/or social media influencers on different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Twitter)
13. Gym and sports services
14. Transport services
16. Furniture and fitting Locally made in Wood (Benches, shelves), Repair of office furniture and fittings (table, drawers, shelves, etc.)
How to apply
Interested companies should submit the following documents:
Application letter introducing the suppliers/service provider and a brief business profile
Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB.
VAT Registration where applicable
Valid income tax clearance issued by RRA
? 3 Reference letters from 3 reputable organizations for reference.
