Background
Medisell Rwanda Limited, a reputable medical equipment company is seeking an experienced Biomedical Engineer to join our team in the Republic of Rwanda, exclusively responsible for the sales and promotion of medical ultrasound systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients daily to promote, present and demonstrate ultrasound products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor competitors, market demand and prevailing market prices.
- Prepare market reports, sales budgets and business development plans.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements:
- Biomedical Engineering degree or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in the sales and servicing of medical ultrasound equipment.
- Proven sales track record in medical ultrasound.
- Previous product training with ultrasound manufacturers, either in Rwanda or abroad, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within Rwanda.
Remuneration:
Competitive fixed salary + sales commission + performance bonus, based on achievement of agreed targets.
