UMWALIMU SACCO (Savings and Credit Cooperative for Rwandan Teachers) hereby invites sealed competitive bids for the Supply and Installation of a 30 KVA UPS from eligible, experienced Companies with proven capabilities and registered in Rwanda.
Competent bidders can obtain the details of the tender along with the terms & conditions of the tender from Umwalimu SACCO Head office KIMIRONKO-GASABO-KIGALI; Street No: KG 205 ST on any working day with effect from 02/03/2023 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW10,000) on account No.010-5008448-01-86 of UMWALIMU SACCO opened in I&M Bank.

A well-detailed bid containing one original copy and two other copies with a mention of the outer envelope “Supply and Installation of a 30 KVA UPS” shall be presented to the secretariat of Umwalimu SACCO at the Head Office in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director General of Umwalimu SACCO, P.O BOX 2257 KIGALI, not later than 22/03/2023 at 10:00 AM Local time. The public opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 10:30 AM Local time in the Umwalimu SACCO Conference room. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
