Kepler is looking for qualified and eligible suppliers to bid for the supply and installation of air conditioners as specified in the attached Request for Quotation document underneath this notice .

Site visits are scheduled from Monday to Friday , 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Kigali time starting from the publication date of this tender. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each bidder are permitted to attend the site visit. The site visit is mandatory for bidders to assess the site where the air conditioners are to be installed.
Well bound and sealed bids presented in 2 hard copies, one copy marked “Original” and another copy marked "Copy" of the bids must be presented to Kepler Reception Office located in Kinyinya Sector on KG 29 Ave No. 16 not later than, Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 2:30 PM Kigali Time. Late bids will be rejected.
The opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 3:00 PM Local time in Kepler Campus Boardroom in the presence of bidders who will choose to attend the opening session.
Kepler reserves the right to cancel this tender any time before a contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
