Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite bids from service providers with demonstrable proven hands-on experience for the provision of maintenance service of its nine (9) Mobivans (Volkswagen Transporter model) and for the supply of genuine spare parts for the above mentioned vehicles.
Terms of Reference for the above mentioned services will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 16th/02/2023. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on [email protected]
Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 01st/03/2023 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted online using a link that will be shared with interested bidders.
Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs, Delivery period and Warranty period of spares and any other requirement specified in the Terms of References. Interested bidders should also submit the following documents:
1. Detailed company profile
2. Company registration certificate
3. Tax clearance certificate from RRA
4. Social Contribution clearance certificate from RSSB
5. Performance certificates for similar services done elsewhere or at least 3 traceable and recognized references for similar services
