Notice for Supply of Improved Seeds Tender at SOS Children's Villages
SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in field of car dealers to submit their offers for the tender of Purchase and Supply of Improved Seeds at SOS Byumba. The tender is non divisible lots but with two batches.
Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialised in the fields of supplying improved seed products.The companies must be registered with the Registry of the Republic of Rwanda and should not be on blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions/organisations.
To obtain the tender document must submit proof of payment of 10,000 RwF of non-refundable paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. The tender document can be obtained by sending a request through E-mail: [email protected] with a copy to [email protected] with bank slip of payment fee.
Well-presented bids, properly organised ( in one pdf file ) must be submitted to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through e-mail: [email protected] with a copy to [email protected] not later than 31st/08/2026, at 11:00 PM local time. Late bids shall be rejected .
