TENDER NOTICE
CIMERWA Ltd invites interested national and international bidders for a Tender for rehabilitation of Nengo Quarry. The Participation in tendering process is open to all on equal terms. The Scopes of the services and tender conditions can be found in the tender document.
Tender Documents in English may be requested by the interested bidders through Tenders@CIMERWA.RW Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the same email addresses, alternatively the tender document can be downloaded on CIMERWA PLC website http://www.cimerwa.rw by clicking on news then tenders.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies, one of which is the original, must be delivered to CIMERWA procurement office, Kigali (Kimihnurura) or Email PDF password-encrypted copies to Tenders@CIMERWA.RW not later than 20 February 2023 at 4:00pm local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened irrespective of circumstances. A mandatory site visit is scheduled on the 15th February 2023 from 10:00am to 12:00pm local time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the same day at 4:30 pm at Cimerwa HQ (Kimihurura).
