Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Cactus School Supplies is looking for a Sales and Marketing executive to help build up our business by identifying new business prospects and selling our products to them. The sales and marketing executive should be able to maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.

Cactus School Supplies is a company that specializes in the sale of school materials such as textbooks, children's storybooks, novels, school stationery, school bags, school shoes, etc.

Duties and responsibilities
Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
Research and analyze sales options
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Stay updated with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
Build and maintain professional networks
Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
Reply to clients’ email, telephone or face to face enquiries;
Identify strategic exhibition, pop up, and selling points;
Develop and maintain a filing system;

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Economics, Management or any other business-related areas.
Experience in Sales
Ability to negotiate and strong marketing skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and desire to deliver results
Ability to create and deliver presentations
Fast learner and quick thinker
Passionate about sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong organizational and planning skills;
Computer skills (especially MS Office software and CRM software)
Fluent in both English and Kinyarwanda (knowledge of French/or Swahili is an added advantage);
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
Having a driving license category B would be an added advantage.
