JOB DESCRIPTION: LOGISTIC AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER

1. Executive Summary
The Group Logistic and Communication will oversee operational supply chains with public relations, media management, this role ensures that office equipment, inventory, and travel run seamlessly while managing social media, and internal communications across all three core operational pillars of the enterprise: Manufacturing, E-Mobility, and Food Industries.
The Logistics and Communication manages day-to-day operational support—including inventory tracking, procurement assistance, and transport logistics—while simultaneously executing the organization's public relations, content creation, and media strategies.
2. Core Responsibilities by Business Pillar
Pillar A: Manufacturing & Chemical Production
- Inventory Management: Tracking office supplies, equipment, and project materials; anticipating shortage risks and placing timely orders.
- Vendor Relations: Documenting quotes, tracking invoices, and serving as a focal point for delivery partners and service providers
Pillar B: E- Mobility Services
- Social Media & Website Management: Updating website news to maintain brand consistency
- Media Relations: Serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries, organizing media releases, and coordinating interviews.
Pillar C: Food Industries
- Operational support :including inventory tracking, procurement assistance, and transport logistics,while simultaneously executing the organization's public relations, content creation, and media strategies.
4. Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience split between logistical coordination and media handling.
- Soft Skills: Multitasking, direct negotiation, problem-solving under tight deadlines, and highly polished verbal and written communication
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with content management platforms and social media dashboards.
- Driving permit Category A or B
