Supply Of Laboratory Reagents And Consumables Under Framework Contract At King Faisal Hospital Rwanda

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) intends to procure laboratory reagents and consumables for its laboratory Departments.
King Faisal Hospital Rwanda (KFH) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of different laboratory reagents and consumables.

upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 20,000 Rwf or its equivalence in Euros and US. Dollars to Account N° 00289-06969456-38 opened at Bank of Kigali.
Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 500,000Rwf or its equivalence in Euro of USD from a reputable financial institution.
Inquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of King Faisal Hospital Rwanda.
Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies, one of which is the original must reach the Procurement Office at the address mentioned above not later than 11th April 2023, at 2:00 Pm. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 2:30 pm in the KFH Board Room.
The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender title and the number of the tender. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the KFHR Procurement Manual of 2014.
