The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) intends to recruit an individual consultant for developing accounting manual and updating existing financial policies and developing new ones to comply KFH regulations based on the Organic Law N° 002/2022.OL of 12/12/2022 on public finance management and the comprehensive standard operation procedure framework for government-controlled companies 2019.
King Faisal Hospital Rwanda now solicits proposals to provide the following services: Consultancy Services for developing accounting manual and updating existing financial policies and developing new ones to comply KFH regulations. Submission Procedure

Well printed proposals(CVs) in envelops, properly bound and presented in one original and three copies each, must reach the Procurement Department at King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda at the address mentioned above not later than 2:00 pm local time on March 20th, 2023, Late proposals will be rejected.
Proposals will be opened in the presence of Consultants or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on March 20th, 2023, 2:30 pm local time. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title. The high ranked Consultant will be requested to submit the financial proposal and negotiate contract with KFH. A Consultant will be selected under Individual Consultancy (IC) and procedures described in this ToRs in accordance with the KFH Procurement Procedure of 2014.
