Mobile Money Rwanda Limited is therefore Internally and Externally recruiting a highly competent and self-motivated individual for the position below.
Key Performance Areas
- Influencing the design of primary and secondary controls within the MMRL,
- Driving the implementation and automation of RA controls aimed at minimizing the principal risk of financial leakages,
- Ensuring an optimal future operating state of the RA control environment through continuous control variance reviews and refinements,
- Assisting the business with all assurance requirements, including regulatory and tax audits,
- Facilitating all Revenue Assurance risk assessments and business requirements analysis of organizational change relating to Commercial Change Management, including new projects,
- Ensuring that new emerging risks are identified, controls are designed and implemented to mitigate the identified risk,
- Regular measurement and reporting of the maturity of the RA environment,
- Escalating and reporting financial leakages and risks as per the reporting guidelines shared by MMRL RA, and as per the incident escalation guidelines.
- Localization of RA policies, processes, and procedures cascaded down by MMRL RA
- Driving awareness of the benefits of RA across the business units.
Experience
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 2 of these in Revenue Assurance/Audit.
- 2-3 years’ experience within a Financial Services/MMRL company environment.
- Strong understanding of the MMRL revenue cycle, processes, procedures, network elements and systems involved.
- Experience in working with Mobile Money platform/systems.
Education Background
- Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics or Telecommunications
