Kepler is looking for qualified and eligible contractors to bid for the renovation works for Kepler Kiziba Campus locatedin Western Province, Karongi District, Kiziba Refugee Camp in accordance with the requirements specified in the attached Request for Quotation document and annexures underneath this notice.
Submission Procedure

Interested bidders shall contact this number: +250 781 440 117 in advance to schedule a site visit. A maximum of two(2) representatives from each bidder are permitted to attend the site visit.
Soft copies of the quotations must be submitted the bids must be submitted to procurement@kepler.org not later than, Friday, March 3, 2023 at 5:00 PM Kigali Time. Late bids will be rejected.
Kepler reserves the right to cancel this tender any time before a contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
