Management Trainee Programme 2026
Gisovu Tea Co. Ltd in Karongi District is seeking to recruit suitably qualified, ambitious, high-achieving graduates to join our Management Trainee Programme and grow into the next generation of leaders in Rwanda's tea industry.
The programme
Reporting to the respective department/section Managers, the successful candidates will undergo a structured 24-month programme that combines hands-on responsibility with mentoring from senior managers to build capacity in the various areas of management. Trainees who perform well will be considered for permanent supervisory and management positions at the end of the programme.
Qualifications/Competencies/Experience
The ideal candidates must possess the following qualifications:-
- A bachelor's degree with at least Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in Agriculture, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Production) or Food Science & Technology.
- Graduated within the last three years.
- Computer literate, with good command of standard office applications.
- Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda; French is an advantage.
- Curious, hands-on and willing to live and work in a rural estate setting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
