– Organize and supervise the operation of activities of the Central Secretariat;

– Give chronological references to all outgoing correspondences;

– Direct internal correspondence of the institute to their destination;

– Register and direct outgoing correspondences;

– Maintain order and a favorable environment in the central secretariat

– Carry out recording of archives, files and document
