Provision And Implementation Of A Core Banking System Tender at Goshen Finance
GOSHEN FINANCE PLC invites qualified and eligible national and international bidders to participate in the tender for the provision and implementation of a Core Banking System.
The bidding documents, prepared in English, may be obtained from GOSHEN FINANCE PLC Head Office, Gasabo District, Kigali, Rwanda, YYUSSA PLAZA Building, Second Floor, Human Resources Office, or requested by email at tender@goshenfinance.rw , from 12 August 2026 to 10 September 2026, during working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Kigali local time.
The bidding documents shall be issued upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rwandan Francs), payable to GOSHEN FINANCE PLC, Account No. 4015200849942, held with Equity Bank Rwanda.
The last date for obtaining the bidding documents shall be 10 September 2026 at 5:00 p.m ., Kigali local time.
The bidding documents contain the detailed technical specifications, eligibility and qualification requirements, terms and conditions, instructions to bidders, and prescribed forms and templates to be used for submission of bids.
