Supply of Improved Cooking Stoves in Secoko sub-catchment

1. The Rwanda Water Resources Board (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by (SPIU/RWB) towards the cost of Supply of Improved Cooking Stoves in Secoko sub-catchment. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
2. The Rwanda Water Resources Board invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Supply of Improved Cooking Stoves in Secoko sub-catchment as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
3. The documents comprising the bid :
• New Price Schedule
• Bid Security
• Payment for Tender Document
• Registration certificate/certificate of incorporation
• Tax clearance certificate
• Certificate from the social security
• 2 certificates of good completion similar services. Certificate of good completion similar services from private institutions should be submitted with related contract
• Detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods to be supplied establishing conformity to technical specifications provided
