Bank of Kigali PLC is seeking to recruit a firm with demonstrable proven hands-on experience to design Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IT) strategy for the next 3 years for the BK PLC. BK PLC hereby invites interested bidders to tender for the above mentioned services.
Terms of Reference for the above mentioned services will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 16th/02/2023. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 08th/03/2023 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted online using a link that will be shared with interested bidders.
Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs or USD, provide information on the technical and managerial capabilities of the firm, methodology and delivery timelines, resumes on the qualifications of the key staff assigned to the project and any other requirement specified in the Terms of References. Interested bidders should also submit the following documents:
1. Detailed company profile
2. Company registration certificate
3. Tax clearance certificate
4. Social Contribution clearance certificate or equivalent
5. Five (5) references to prove similar assignments done elsewhere
