Young Women’s Christian Association of Rwanda (YWCA RWANDA) hereby invites companies to the tender for the Supply of School materials and sanitary pads .Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field with valid trading license.

The Tender document for each LOT may be obtained from the Procurement office of Young Women’s Christian Association of Rwanda.
Upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Twenty thousand Rwanda francs (20,000 Rwf) for buying the tender document. The amount will be deposited to the bank account details:

Deadline for Submitting the tender document is 2:30pm Kigali local time on Friday 10th, March 2023 at YWCA Headquarter. One company bidder is allowed to buy only 2 LOTS.
Deadline for buying the tender document is on 10thMarch 2023 at 10AM.
Late submission of tender documents will be rejected.
